Dear Building Owners, Managers, and Industry Professionals:

Join members of the Department of Buildings (DOB) for the third webinar in a series dedicated to Local Law 97 (LL97) reporting.

On Friday, March 7th at 11:00 am, the DOB will present on how to navigate the Local Law 97 (LL97) reporting portal for the compliance pathways available to Article 321 buildings, including:  reporting on the Prescriptive Energy Conservation Measures (PECMs) and verifying compliance with the 2030 emissions limits.

Article 321 buildings comprise certain affordable housing (ie. more than 35% rent regulated units) and houses of worship.

There will be a Q & A box for submitting questions, which will be answered by the presenting entities.

The webinar will be recorded for future viewing and posted on both the ASHRAE and DOB websites.

ASHRAE membership is not required, and the webinar is free to attend.
